Manchester’s is hosting its first ever Community Assembly on climate change and want you to take part!
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our city. With your ideas, thoughts and input we can create a city that’s greener, healthier and more connected.

The Community Assembly will be made up of representatives from across Manchester who will come together over a seven-week period to hear from experts and discuss issues such as transport, energy, food and agriculture and fashion. The group will work together to turn this into a manifesto outlining what action should be taken, which will be presented to Manchester City Council and brought to COP26 – the international climate conference taking place in Glasgow in November 2021.
The Assembly will run from 9th August – 26th September. We are aiming for the workshops to take place in person in a Coronavirus conscious and responsible environment.
Free food and coffee/tea will be provided.
Be quick and secure your place to help shape the future of Manchester!
